We have created a 5 step check list to for our eTeller users to help ensure you are playing your role in staying safe online.
- Purchase an ECU Australia e-Token or opt for SMS Token Authentication, used for logging into eTeller
- Ensure your computer has Anti-Virus Software installed and is up-to-date
- Ensure your computer has Anti-Spyware software installed and is up-to-date
- Ensure your Operating System (e.g. Windows XP or Vista) is up to date
- Always log in to eTeller by going to http://www.ecu.com.au and following the links to the login page.
It is important to note that ECU Australia will never ask for your password or account details to be disclosed via a link within an email message. If you receive an email of this nature, please disregard the email, delete it from your computer and notify us as soon as possible on 1800 383 791.
