Our on demand message service allows you to request information about your account by sending an SMS. SMS Messages are sent to 0428 768 434.
Using special codes, you can request the following information:
- Balance & last 3 transactions of all savings, loan & investment accounts
- Balance and last 3 transactions of all savings accounts
- Balance and last 3 transactions of all loan accounts
- Transaction specific information – i.e ATM, EFT, BPAY, Credits, Debits, External Funds Transfers or Interest
You can also elect to receive an SMS Alert when:
- Payroll transaction is processed
- Cheques are cleared
- Term Deposit matures
- eTeller Internet Banking transaction is performed
- Balance of nominated account falls below a specified amount
- eTeller users: When logged in, select SMS & Email Alerts from your left hand menu and make the appropriate selection
- non-eTeller users: Phone us on 1800 383 791 or call into your local branch
