The Home Loan Key Fact Sheet is part of the Australian Government’s banking reform package and is presented in a standardised format used by all financial institutions, allowing customers to easily compare ECUA home loan products against those available from any other financial institution.
The “Key Fact Sheet” provides important information such as the total amount to be paid back over the life of a loan, upfront and ongoing fees, a personal comparison rate, the impact of any interest rate changes and paying extra repayments.
