Telelink is ECU Australia's telephone banking system which provides you with fast easy access to your accounts 24 hours a day - 7 days a week.

To access Telelink, you need:

  • A telephone
  • Telelink number - 1800 638 660
  • An access code (contact your nearest branch on 1300 888 211 to obtain a code)

With Telelink, you can:

  • Get balances on all savings and loan accounts
  • BPAY your bills
  • Get detailed information on your last five transactions
  • Transfer funds between your own accounts
  • Perform a Loan Redraw
  • Order a statement
  • Check what Interest you've earned on your account
