To switch to ECU Australia for all your banking needs, follow these easy steps:
- If you are not already a Member, you'll need to obtain a Membership Pack. Use our Branch Locator to find a branch closest to you. Alternatively you can contact us on 1800every1.
- Request an account switching statement from your current financial institution. This lists in detail all of your regular direct credits and debits. Once obtained, complete the following form using this information.
For your convenience, we will notify these organisations that you have switched your account to ECU Australia on your behalf. If you wish to do this yourself, please download the brochure below for help.
- Drop into your local branch with all forms signed and completed and the rest is done by us!
