ECU Australia, a Cairns based credit union providing exceptional banking & financial services,announced the appointment of Clive Skarott to its Board of Directors. Clive is a well known local business man and former CEO prior to retiring in 2009.
Clive brings more than 36 years of credit union and business experience to the Board. He is an experienced Non-Executive Director and is currently Chairman of Ports North and a Director of Advance Cairns.

Commenting on his appointment “I still feel that I have something important to give to ECU Australia and to Members so when this opportunity came up, I thought ‘why not’,” Clive said. “I’ve always derived great personal satisfaction from the Credit Union and I’m very excited to be back as a Director.”
ECU Australia have been supporting the Cairns region for over 37 years and have gone from strength to strength, with assets of over $270 million and 13,000 members located throughout Queensland.
