
I am pleased to start this column by thanking the more than 2100 members who responded to our Member Survey.
No doubt your lives are as busy as ours, so at ECU Australia we really appreciate the time taken by so many Members to complete these surveys. The results were interesting and are already being used to review our existing products and services, and to plan for the future.
One prominent response was that Members want to get more out of their finances - understandable given recent economic circumstances. We've taken the request onboard and will make a concerted effort to value add for the benefit of all Members, within the next year.
Also positive was our annual strategic planning meeting held recently. This was a great success and I believe your Credit Union is headed in the right direction, both to grow the organisation and to benefit Members.
It was great to receive positive feedback from Members who appreciate our expanded rediATM network, created thanks to our alliance with NAB. The fee savings for some Members are proving significant - which was our aim. All NAB ATMs will be dual branded during the next year but in the meantime, be assured they do offer direct charge free access for ECU Australia Members.
