If you have any issues with ECU we want to know about it our staff will try to fix all problems immediately so the first place to start is to contact us or download our Resolving Problems Brochure. However if it is a more complicated matter, it may take longer to investigate. We will address your complaint in a prompt manner and endeavour to resolve the problem. If you are unsatisfied with our response to a complaint you will have access to our external dispute resolution organisation, the Credit and Investments Ombudsman Limited.
